Phil Spohn: [AZ 623-214-2954, WA 509-922-1158]

I've been using CrossLoop to help a few people with their computer and Internet problems. CrossLoop lets us both see what's happening on your computer while we work together to solve the problem. We also use the phone to coordinate the process.

Just download the small CrossLoop program, install it, and then call me and I'll see what I can do. You do not need to create a CrossLoop account, but they will want your email address. You only need to set up an account if you want to leave a rave review of our session. ;-) [short video demo] [nice how-to]

Professional help

Rusty Bliss has assisted many of our residents during the last 10 yrs. Rusty is available evenings and weekends by appointment. If you need expert help at reasonable cost, contact Rusty at 623-584-1922. Email = (that's an underscore (_) between "r" and "bliss", not a space). Put "HT Computer Help Needed" in the Subject line so that Rusty can sort your message out from the spam.

Computer shops

ABS Computers: 16551 N Dysart Road, just north of where it crosses Grand Ave (where Las Cazuelas Mexican Resturant is). :-) Don Rich is the (relatively) new owner. They also build computers to order. I've had positive reports from several people who have gone there. 623-583-0666

There's also a computer shop on Bell -- Friendly Computers -- down by Kohls at 13980 W. Bell Rd, Suite #10; (623) 583-4145.

Neither I nor Happy Trails Computer Club can take any responsibility for the services listed here. [terms and conditions]
